  Burger was terrible, even for pub food and expensive too. Some of the staff were great but most were rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend

  Went to play the pokies tonight. Always a good night. But tonight was a huge fail..... First of all the security staffer that was working in the wee small hours of sunday July 16th. He spent more time on his bum and phone then looking after the welfare of Milanos or its patrons. I must say I have been going to Milanos for many years and all staff and security are top notch i can not fault them at all but security tonight was not even working he was there but he never checked up on ppl never checked th front door when ppl where coming or going. He sat with patrons at there machines and talked . Talked more on the phone while sitting on the lounge. Didn't understand English very well Very broken English. And quite rude i wont a job where I can sit on my back side for 4 and a half hours and be paid to do so . I seen plenty around to be checked and done Sorry Milanos huge fail for this morning
